2. Non-Eligible Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Intimate apparel (including swimwear and lingerie) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Initiation of Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms.

4. Packaging and Shipping:

  • Please securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking information for your records.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or in the form of store credit for future purchases.

6. Refund and Exchange Options:

  • Please note that does not offer cash refunds.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of the amount being reverted back to the original payment method or as store credit that can be used for future purchases.
  • If the customer requests a refund for orders paid via 2CO/Stripe/Paymob without any error on the part of, a 5% service charge on the refund amount will be applied. However, this charge will not be applicable if the customer requests to cancel and refund the order within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Once store credit has been issued, it cannot be reversed or exchanged for a refund.
  • The refund amount will be calculated using the currency rate at the time of the order placement and not the current currency rate.
